The basics
Nichegrove (“we”) is a site-building service operated by the Nichegrove team. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.
Your account
You're responsible for what you publish through your account. We reserve the right to remove sites that contain illegal content, impersonate other people, or violate platform policies (spam, phishing, malware, hate speech).
Your content
You own the content you create on Nichegrove. By publishing a site you grant us a limited license to host, serve, and display it as part of the service. You can delete your sites — and your account — at any time.
AI assistance
The Polish and Suggest features use Google Gemini. AI-generated text may be inaccurate; you're responsible for reviewing and editing any suggestion before accepting it. Don't use AI suggestions for content that requires legal, medical, or financial precision without independent review.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may briefly take sites offline. We're not liable for downstream losses caused by service interruptions.
Pricing
Nichegrove is free during beta. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before introducing paid tiers, and existing sites will continue to work with appropriate grandfathering.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nichegrove's total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. We don't accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
If we materially change these terms we'll email account holders at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
