›What happens if I downgrade?
Your sites stay live. We never silently break a working site. You may lose features (e.g., custom domain reverts to a Nichegrove subdomain), but content is preserved.
›Do I need my own social-media developer accounts?
Yes — Nichegrove uses a bring-your-own-keys model. You create a Meta App and a LinkedIn App in your own developer dashboard, generate tokens, and paste them in. We never see anyone else's credentials. This means no Meta App Review wait for you, and full control over your tokens.
›How does custom domain work?
Add your domain in the editor's Publish tab, then create the DNS records we show you (one CNAME for subdomains, one A record for apex). The site routes automatically once DNS propagates — usually within an hour.
›Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is one click in the billing portal. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period.
›Annual vs monthly?
Annual saves about 20% (Pro: $15/mo eq vs $19, Studio: $39/mo eq vs $49). You pay the year upfront and renew yearly.
›What's the difference between draft and full-auto replies?
In draft mode, AI writes a reply and puts it in your inbox — you click "Send" to actually post it. In full-auto, the reply is sent without your involvement (with per-author cooldowns to avoid spam patterns). Pro is draft-only on purpose; full-auto unlocks at Studio.
